Ordering is easy!
Please make sure you place the order and either pay or send a purchase order using either our online forms or the traditional paper form. The paper form does take longer to process than our online portal. Quill and Scroll needs a complete order, which includes payment or a purchase order, at least three weeks prior to the event to allow for on-time delivery.
If you don’t have the purchase order when ordering, scan it and send it to us at [email protected]. Remember, we need at least three weeks to process and send your order once we have either payment or a purchase order. If your induction is outside of the three week window, you may need to use our overnight shipping service.
- Pick the form and fill it out. We have three options: our credit card form, for a credit card order or this four check/purchase order form or our paper form. You may add memberships, cords, patches, and so many more items here. Please note, since we aren’t relying on mail delivery, orders placed online will arrive quicker.
- Pay or secure payment. If you are paying by credit card, just fill out the information at the bottom of the credit card form. If you are using a purchase order, please email that to [email protected] or mail to our address. (Mail delivery will delay receipt.) Please remember, we will ship membership orders only after we have either payment or a purchase order on file.
- Add your members to the member information spreadsheet and share with [email protected]. Please delete any extra names. We do follow up if you include more initiates than we have a record of ordering.
Now you are ready to plan induction
It is a good idea to start the initiation planning process prior to placing your order, especially if you are doing a more complex initiation that involves a speaker or refreshments.
This initiation planner is intended to help students outline tasks for an induction and help those who struggle with how to plan the event. The only ask we have is for students to be initiated. We neither mandate nor judge where and how this happens. Some schools have a very elaborate induction with an audience, while others have the induction during the school day with their staff. This decision is yours to make. We make no judgment on the type of initiation.
